Viking
Striking in both form and colour, Viking is a totally unique response to architecture, inspired by the internationally renowned Israeli artist Yaacov Agam, a founder of the post war kinetic art movement that pushed the boundaries of traditional forms and aesthetic principles.
This unique development pushes the boundaries of traditional architecture, with a stunning facade created from fresh angles, bright colours, and elegant lines.

Viking by One Global Capital is part of the master plan, now well advanced, in transforming a former industrial landscape into the dynamic inner-city precinct of Green Square. This precinct is the embodiment of a new type of authentic, urban village.
Designed around interlinking public domains, from green, open spaces to appealing piazzas, it will bring people together and promote easy interaction.
Deeply recessed loggias seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor living areas to create highly versatile living spaces. Each offers generously proportioned living and bedroom spaces that take full advantage of natural light and air flow.
From outside in, this is a building at the cutting edge of greener living. Floor to ceiling glass maximises the natural light and views while highlighting the exceptional interior finishes in each of these generously proportioned apartments.
